Why does my product have a little imperfection or does not look exactly like the picture?

I make each pet accessory by hand with love and passion. There may be a slight blemish because it is not made by a machine or in bulk. Rhinestones/Gem stones differ in color and clarity and are not all exactly the same but every effort is made to ensure the accessory looks like the picture.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are shipped on Tuesday of each week. If the product is being custom made or gemstones are on back order, you will receive an email with the expected ship date.
